1960s staved teak wood meat tenderizing and carving board. Designed by Jens Quistgaard for Digsmed and made in Langa, Denmark at the Traevarefabrik workshop of Richard Nissan. It is slightly angled to capture juices, features a round carved, raised and textured centre to hold the meat in place and has hook on the back for wall hanging.
Measures 14.5” in diameter.
